Bio
Justine Asante is a Leadership Identity Architect, author, speaker, and founder of The Institute for Sustainable Authority™ and Glamorous Goddess Coaching™. With 15 years of experience working in relational systems, leadership development, and identity recalibration, she supports high-achieving women leaders in understanding why success often comes with exhaustion, overextension, and the quiet erosion of authority.
She is the creator of the Harmonious Sustainable Authority® Model and the coined concepts of Performative Productivity®, a leadership pattern in which achievement becomes tied to identity and worth, creating pressure to continually prove value through performance.
Through her studying of existing research, advisory work, and speaking, Justine challenges conventional leadership narratives that celebrate output while ignoring the hidden costs to wellbeing, relationships, decision-making, and long-term leadership sustainability.
Her work has supported women in moving from over-functioning and constant proving into leadership that is grounded, sustainable, and internally anchored.
