All content published, distributed, or otherwise made available by The Institute for Sustainable Authority™ (“the Institute,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This policy governs the ownership, use, and protection of the Institute’s intellectual property, including but not limited to research frameworks, leadership models, assessments, program materials, written content, digital resources, and educational materials.

By accessing the Institute’s website, programs, assessments, publications, or materials, you agree to comply with the terms of this Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created, published, or distributed by The Institute for Sustainable Authority™ is the exclusive property of The Institute unless otherwise noted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Research publications and white papers
• Educational programs and curricula
• Assessments and diagnostic tools

• Digital media, graphics, and visual assets
• Website content and educational resources

Protected intellectual property also includes the Institute’s proprietary frameworks and concepts, including but not limited to:

• Harmonious Sustainable Authority® Model
• Performance-to-Power Framework®
• Performative Productivity®
• Authority Erosion Index®
• Authority Erosion Heat Map®
• Authority Erosion Diagnostic Report®

These materials represent original conceptual development and are protected as proprietary intellectual property.

Limited License for Personal Use

Access to Institute materials grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning and professional development purposes only.

This license allows participants and website users to read, access, and use Institute materials solely within the context of personal education or participation in Institute programs.

This license does not grant ownership rights or permission to reproduce or distribute Institute intellectual property.

Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing by The Institute for Sustainable Authority™, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Copying or reproducing Institute materials
• Sharing program materials with non-participants
• Distributing frameworks, worksheets, or course materials
• Teaching or presenting The Institute frameworks as your own work

Unauthorized use of Institute intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

Artificial Intelligence Restrictions

The Institute intellectual property may not be used within artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without express written authorization.

Users may not input, upload, or otherwise provide The Institute materials—including frameworks, course content, templates, worksheets, methodologies, assessments, research publications, recordings, or program materials—into any artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, or automated content generation platforms.

This prohibition includes but is not limited to:

• Using Institute materials for AI summarization
• Uploading The Institute content into generative AI platforms
• Training AI models using The Institute frameworks or materials
• Generating derivative content from Institute intellectual property
• Using AI tools to analyze or reinterpret Institute methodologies

The use of Institute materials to train artificial intelligence systems, language learning models, or machine learning algorithms is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Prohibition on Derivative Works

The Institute intellectual property may not be used to create derivative works.

Participants, website users, and third parties may not develop programs, consulting services, training systems, coaching methodologies, frameworks, or educational products based on Institute materials.

Derivative works include, but are not limited to:

• Training programs modeled on The Institute frameworks
• Coaching or consulting services using Institute methodologies
• Courses or workshops built from Institute intellectual property
• Assessments derived from Institute diagnostic tools
• Frameworks that replicate The Institute conceptual models

The creation of derivative works based on Institute intellectual property is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

Citation and Reference Policy

The Institute recognizes that its frameworks and concepts may be referenced in academic discussions, professional publications, and media commentary.

When referencing Institute frameworks, the original source must be clearly attributed to The Institute for Sustainable Authority™.

Limited excerpts may be quoted for educational or journalistic purposes provided that:

• Proper attribution is given
• The quoted material is not substantial
• The use does not reproduce proprietary program materials

Frameworks may not be republished, taught, embedded into other commercial programs, or presented as original work by other individuals or organizations.

Organizations wishing to incorporate Institute frameworks into academic curricula, professional training, research publications, or leadership development programs must obtain written permission from the Institute.

Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights

The Institute for Sustainable Authority™ actively protects its intellectual property.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, derivative use, or misrepresentation of Institute materials may result in legal enforcement actions, including but not limited to:

• Cease-and-desist orders
• Removal demands
• Financial damages
• Legal proceedings for intellectual property infringement
