Foundational Frameworks Protected by the Institute

Associated language systems, assessment structures, curricula, reports, facilitation methods, diagrams, written materials, and educational applications may also be protected under applicable intellectual property law and contractual rights.

Framework Purpose and Scope
Performative Productivity® describes a systemic condition in which visible output, responsiveness, availability, urgency, or over-responsibility become proof of value, credibility, or commitment.

Performance-to-Power Evolution® examines movement from performance-regulated authority toward authority that is internally anchored and structurally coherent.

Institute materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, contract, unfair-competition, trade-secret, and other applicable rights in the United States and other jurisdictions. Protection applies according to the nature of the work, registration status, publication, contract terms, and applicable law.

Prohibition on Unauthorized Replication

Without written authorization, proprietary Institute materials may not be reproduced, republished, taught as a program, embedded in a consulting methodology, used to create a competing assessment, commercially licensed, or presented as the work of another person or organization. Fair use and other rights provided by applicable law remain available where they apply.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Protection

Unless the Institute gives express written permission, proprietary Institute materials may not be supplied to artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems for training, dataset creation, replication, substantial rewriting, translation, analysis, or derivative commercial content. Public website material may be indexed by ordinary search technologies to the extent permitted by applicable law and site settings.

Institutional Citation Requirements

Professional, journalistic, academic, or educational references to Institute frameworks should use accurate attribution.

Authorized Partnerships

Organizations, consultants, educational institutions, training providers, or other parties that want to teach, license, certify, integrate, or commercially apply Institute frameworks must obtain written authorization. Approved use may be governed by licensing standards, facilitator requirements, attribution rules, quality controls, and contractual terms.

Intellectual Property Enforcement

The Institute may use available legal and contractual remedies to address unauthorized reproduction, misrepresentation, derivative commercial use, trademark misuse, confidentiality breaches, or other infringement. The specific remedy depends on the facts, applicable law, and any governing agreement.

Official Record of Framework Origin

This notice records the Institute’s public position on the origin, naming, stewardship, and authorized application of its framework portfolio. The Institute maintains records of framework development, publication, use, and licensing as part of its intellectual property stewardship.
