Framework Purpose and Scope

Performative Productivity® describes a systemic leadership condition in which visible output, responsiveness, availability, urgency, or over-responsibility become signals of value, credibility, or commitment. The framework examines how these expectations can become reinforced through leadership practices, workplace relationships, and organizational systems.

Performance-to-Power Evolution® examines the movement from authority that depends heavily on continuous performance, responsiveness, or personal intervention toward authority supported by clearer decision rights, shared responsibility, appropriate ownership, and more sustainable leadership practices.

Harmonious Sustainable Authority® examines the leadership, relational, and organizational conditions that influence how authority, responsibility, accountability, and decision-making function over time. Its five-stage recalibration process is Reveal®, Rewire®, Regulate®, Reclaim®, and Radiate®.

The Authority Erosion Index®, Authority Erosion Heat Map®, Authority Erosion Diagnostic Report®, and related tools are designed to support executive coaching, leadership reflection, organizational inquiry, education, and professional development within their authorized scope.

Non-Clinical Purpose

Institute frameworks, assessments, methodologies, programs, and educational materials are non-clinical.

They are not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, psychological testing, psychiatric evaluation, or clinical diagnostic instruments.

Use of Institute frameworks or participation in Institute services does not create a therapist-client, patient-provider, counselor-client, or other clinical relationship.

Institute assessments and frameworks should not be used to diagnose a mental health condition or treated as definitive measures of psychological functioning, personal worth, professional competence, or future performance.

Research-Informed Methodology

Institute frameworks and assessment tools are proprietary, research-informed conceptual and applied models.

They may incorporate or draw upon established work in leadership, management, organizational behavior, systems, workforce research, decision-making, accountability, organizational design, and related disciplines.

Unless expressly stated for a particular instrument or publication, Institute frameworks are not represented as peer-reviewed academic studies, clinically validated psychological instruments, or medical diagnostic tools.

Global Intellectual Property Protection

Institute materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, contract, unfair-competition, trade-secret, and other applicable rights in the United States and other jurisdictions.

The nature and extent of protection depend on the specific work, registration status, publication history, contractual terms, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.

Nothing in this notice should be interpreted as claiming exclusive rights over ideas, terminology, or subject matter that cannot lawfully be protected.

Prohibition on Unauthorized Replication

Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by the Institute, proprietary Institute materials may not be:

• reproduced or republished

• taught or delivered as another person’s or organization’s program

• incorporated into a competing coaching or consulting methodology

• used to create a competing assessment, diagnostic, scorecard, or framework

• commercially licensed or distributed

• materially adapted or repackaged

• presented as the original work of another individual or organization

• used to create derivative commercial products or services

Fair use and other rights provided under applicable law remain available where they apply.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Protection

Unless the Institute provides express written authorization, proprietary Institute materials may not be supplied to artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems for:

• model training

• dataset creation

• replication

• substantial rewriting

• translation

• automated analysis intended to reproduce the methodology

• creation of competing frameworks or assessments

• generation of derivative commercial products or content

This restriction applies to proprietary frameworks, assessment questions, scoring systems, curricula, templates, worksheets, facilitator resources, training materials, recordings, unpublished publications, proprietary reports, and licensed materials.

Publicly available website content may be indexed or accessed by ordinary search technologies to the extent permitted by applicable law, website settings, and technical permissions.

Institutional Citation Requirements

Professional, journalistic, educational, or academic references to Institute frameworks should use accurate attribution.

Reference to an Institute framework does not imply endorsement, certification, authorization, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation by the Institute.

Substantial reproduction, teaching, adaptation, commercial application, or incorporation into another methodology, assessment, training program, certification, product, or service requires prior written authorization.

Authorized Partnerships and Licensing

Organizations, consultants, educational institutions, training providers, facilitators, or other parties seeking to teach, license, certify, integrate, reproduce, or commercially apply Institute frameworks must obtain written authorization from the Institute.

Authorized use may be governed by licensing standards, facilitator requirements, quality controls, attribution requirements, confidentiality provisions, usage restrictions, and other contractual terms.

No license should be inferred from participation in an Institute program, access to materials, attendance at an event, completion of an assessment, or reference to an Institute framework.

Intellectual Property Enforcement

The Institute may use available contractual, administrative, and legal remedies to address unauthorized reproduction, misrepresentation, trademark misuse, derivative commercial use, confidentiality breaches, unauthorized licensing, or other infringement of its rights.

The appropriate response or remedy will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, contractual obligations, and the nature of the protected material.

Official Record of Framework Origin and Stewardship

This notice records the Institute’s public position regarding the origin, naming, stewardship, intended application, attribution, and authorized use of its proprietary framework portfolio.

The Institute maintains records relating to framework development, publication, implementation, use, licensing, and authorized applications as part of its intellectual property stewardship.
