The intellectual property developed by The Institute for Sustainable Authority™ represents original conceptual research, leadership model development, and framework architecture created to advance understanding of sustainable authority in modern leadership environments.

All models, frameworks, methodologies, diagnostics, language systems, and educational materials produced by the Institute are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the Institute.

This intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:

All Institute materials—including research publications, frameworks, assessment structures, reports, training materials, worksheets, slides, recordings, and leadership diagnostics—are proprietary intellectual property.

Access to Institute materials is granted through a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning, professional development, and participation in authorized Institute programs. This access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce or distribute the Institute’s intellectual property.

No portion of Institute materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, licensed, sold, translated, adapted, or taught without the express written permission of The Institute for Sustainable Authority™.

Unauthorized use or replication of Institute intellectual property may result in legal action.

Artificial Intelligence Restrictions

Institute materials are strictly protected from use within artificial intelligence systems.

Participants, consumers, partners, or website users may not input, upload, or otherwise provide the Institute’s proprietary materials—including frameworks, templates, worksheets, training materials, assessment structures, research publications, or recordings—into artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, or automated content generation technologies.

This restriction includes the use of Institute materials for summarization, analysis, rewriting, translation, content generation, or training language models.

Institute intellectual property may not be used to train artificial intelligence systems under any circumstances without the Institute’s express written permission.

No Derivative Works

The materials, methods, frameworks, and information provided by the Institute for Sustainable Authority™ are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law.

Participants and users may not copy, distribute, teach, sell, repurpose, or otherwise use Institute materials to develop derivative programs, services, consulting offerings, or educational products.

The creation of derivative works based on Institute frameworks or program materials is strictly prohibited without written authorization from the Institute.
