The Institute for Sustainable Authority LLC, doing business as The Institute for Sustainable Authority™ (the “Institute,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use sustainableauthority.com, contact us, subscribe to communications, participate in assessments, attend events, download resources, or engage Institute services.

Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business email, professional title, organization, inquiry details, event information, assessment responses, registration information, and other information you choose to provide.
If payment is required, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The Institute does not need to store full payment-card information when the payment provider processes it directly.
We may collect technical and usage information through website, analytics, cookie, and visitor-intelligence tools. This may include IP address, device and browser information, referring source, pages viewed, visit timing, and interaction data.
For business-to-business outreach, we may receive professional contact information from publicly available professional sources and business data providers. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to provide an active service or respond to a request.

Third-Party Services

Framework & Intellectual Property Protection Notice
The Institute administers and protects a proprietary portfolio of leadership frameworks, concepts, methodologies, assessment structures, language systems, educational materials, and related applications developed by Justine Asante and stewarded through The Institute for Sustainable Authority™.
Protected work includes, as applicable, Harmonious Sustainable Authority®, Performance-to-Power Evolution®, Performative Productivity®, Authority Erosion Index®, Authority Erosion Heat Map®, Authority Erosion Diagnostic Report®, and associated materials.
Access to Institute materials does not transfer ownership or create permission to reproduce, teach, publish, license, adapt, commercialize, or distribute them. Any authorized use must follow the written terms provided by the Institute.
Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
Unless the Institute gives express written permission, proprietary Institute materials may not be uploaded to or used with artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems for model training, dataset creation, substantial summarization, rewriting, translation, analysis, replication, or generation of derivative commercial content. This restriction applies to proprietary frameworks, assessment materials, curricula, templates, worksheets, training materials, recordings, unpublished publications, and licensed resources. Public website content may still be used to the extent permitted by applicable law and ordinary search-engine indexing.
No Derivative Works
Institute frameworks, assessment structures, methods, and proprietary program materials may not be used to create derivative consulting services, training systems, certification programs, courses, assessments, publications, or commercial products without written authorization. Fair use and other rights available under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
Assessment Ethics Policy
The Institute is committed to responsible use of leadership frameworks and assessment tools. Institute assessments are intended for organizational inquiry, leadership reflection, education, and professional development. They are not clinical, medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnostic instruments unless a specific instrument is expressly identified and validated for that purpose.
Ethical Use of Assessments
Assessment results should be interpreted in context and should not be treated as definitive measures of mental health, personal worth, leadership capability, or professional competence. Organizations using Institute assessments should avoid punitive interpretation, protect appropriate confidentiality, and use results only within the scope authorized by the Institute and any applicable engagement agreement.
Methodology Transparency
The Institute’s frameworks and assessment tools are proprietary, research-informed conceptual and applied models. They may integrate findings from existing leadership, management, organizational behavior, systems, and workforce research. They are not presented as peer-reviewed academic studies or clinically validated psychological instruments unless the Institute expressly states otherwise for a specific tool.
Commitment to Responsible Leadership Development
The Institute’s work is designed to strengthen sustainable authority, leadership capacity, organizational coherence, and responsible performance. Application should preserve human dignity, appropriate confidentiality, organizational accountability, and the integrity of the framework being used.

Institute frameworks and concepts may be referenced in professional commentary, journalism, education, or academic discussion when attribution is accurate and the use complies with applicable law.
