Bio

Justine Asante is an Executive Authority Advisor, author, speaker, and founder of The Institute for Sustainable Authority™. With more than 15 years of experience across relational systems, leadership, program architecture, identity work, and organizational pattern analysis, she examines why capable leaders become increasingly necessary to systems that were never designed to depend on one person's constant capacity.

She developed Performative Productivity®, Performance-to-Power Evolution®, Sustainable Authority®, and the Harmonious Sustainable Authority® Model to give leaders and organizations practical language for the relationship between performance, identity, authority, responsibility, decision flow, and organizational dependency.

Her research-informed work challenges leadership approaches that focus only on individual performance while leaving unclear decision rights, concentrated ownership, repeated escalation, and organizational reliance on key leaders untouched.
